Domestic Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Horpa Watch. Your patronage means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe and reliable delivery services for our watches.


Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please consider a total lead time of 6-8 days for delivery from the time of placing the order. If your shipment experiences delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Our watches are shipped pan India via Blue Dart.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued after deducting 5% towards reimbursement of CC and payment gateway charges borne by us. Horpa Watch will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

International Shipping Policy
We currently accept international orders via email only. Customers are requested to send us an email with their selection at customercare@horpawatch.com, we will contact you within 2 business days with the final estimate for your order and delivery schedule. Please consider a total lead time of 20-25 days for delivery from the time of placing the order. If your shipment experiences delay, we will contact you via email.

Order Payment
All international orders may be paid by credit card only.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders are shipped duties & taxes collect and Horpa Watch is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, clearance charges, broker fees nor any return charges applied to your order. All such charges and custom clearance are customer’s responsibility.
