Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
You may choose to cancel your order, without specific reason, within 48 hours of placing the order. Please inform us at customercare@horpawatch.com / +919819765758 giving complete details of your order. We will initiate a refund within 2 working days from the date of receiving your cancellation request.
Note: A 5% fee will be deducted from the total value towards reimbursement of CC and payment gateway charges borne by us. All refunds will be initiated via NEFT directly to your bank account.
Return & Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please inform us at customercare@horpawatch.com / +919819765758 within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You can choose to exchange the product or return it for store credit. Our team will get in touch with you to facilitate the same. You are requested to ship the timepiece back in a secured package via the ‘Air’ mode.
Please note that returned timepiece should not be worn, scratched, damaged or tampered and in the original packaging. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for an exchange or credit.
All international orders are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Hence no refunds will be allowed on international orders.
